Summer Art Camp at Sylvan Learning, Hiawatha.

Each class is $100 per student. Please register online at eastotterstudio.com. I realize that during camp, my child will be using various art supplies while at Sylvan Learning. By submitting this form I release Sylvan Learning and Shirley Darland, instructor of East Otter Studio from all liability for my child while attending Summer Art Camp. I also give Shirley Darland permission to photograph my child and their art work to use for promotion on social media.
